Asked: How do you handle properties with gate or garage codes?
Answered: If your property has a coded entryway, simply provide the gate code in the notes section when you sign up. If you forget to include it, don’t worry—just email us at support@mybincaddy.com, and we’ll securely add it to our system to ensure smooth access and reliable service.
Asked: What payment methods do you accept?
Answered: We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Your account will be billed and charged on a recurring monthly basis, unless you opt for a Single Service. This ensures a seamless and reliable payment experience tailored to your needs.
Asked: Can I cancel my service at any time?
Answered: Absolutely, you can cancel at any time without any fees or obligations. However, we encourage you to give us a call first—we’d appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns and find a solution before you make your final decision.
Asked: What should I do if I have more trash than what fits in the bins?
Answered: Our service focuses on moving bins to the curb. If your bins are overflowing or you have extra bags our Caddies will stage your bins up to the subscribed amount per your subscription (usually 3). In the where there’s only one bin to be place at the curbside, up to 2 additional standard full size (un-binned) trash bags may be staged at curbside depending on size and weight.
Asked: How will I know the service is completed?
Answered: You’ll receive photo confirmation from our Caddy both when your bins are placed at the curb and when they’re returned. This way, you can have complete peace of mind without any worries.

Asked: How does a Club Day Pass work?
Answered: The Club Day Pass is ideal for when you occasionally need an extra helping hand. Simply sign up on our website and specify your required trash day in the notes section. We’ll schedule your service for that particular week, ensuring your needs are taken care of.
